Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not list, sell, buy or do on Fabrica at fabricatools.com. It applies to all users — buyers and sellers alike — and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Fabrica is a marketplace for legitimate AI tools, agents, skills, prompts and automations. We review all listings before they go live and we monitor the platform for violations. Breaches of this policy may result in listing removal, account suspension, payout withholding or referral to relevant authorities.
What you can list and sell
Fabrica welcomes listings in the following categories, provided they comply with the rules below:
- Claude skills and agents (SKILL.md files, project setups, MCP servers)
- ChatGPT custom configurations, GPT actions and system prompts
- Gemini Gems and NotebookLM setups
- Cursor rules and Windsurf rules
- Zapier Zap templates, Make.com scenario blueprints and n8n workflow files
- Standalone prompts, prompt packs and prompt libraries
- AI personas, knowledge bases and workflow guides
- Any other legitimate AI productivity tool, automation or configuration
All listings must be your own original work or content you have the rights to sell.
What you cannot list or sell
Malicious or harmful content
You may not list anything that:
- Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers or any code designed to damage, access or monitor systems without authorisation
- Harvests credentials, personal data or financial information without consent
- Exploits vulnerabilities in software, systems or AI platforms
- Is designed to bypass, circumvent or manipulate AI safety systems, content filters or usage policies
Deceptive or misleading content
You may not list anything that:
- Makes false or exaggerated claims about results, income, capabilities or performance
- Impersonates a person, company, AI system or brand
- Uses fake reviews, manufactured social proof or misleading screenshots
- Describes a tool as working with a platform it has not been tested on
- Claims guaranteed outcomes (income, rankings, conversions etc)
Intellectual property violations
You may not list anything that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights of any third party
- Reproduces substantial portions of copyrighted text, code or media without authorisation
- Uses brand names, logos or trademarks in a way likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement
- Is primarily composed of scraped, stolen or unlawfully obtained content
- Repackages publicly available content without meaningful original contribution
Illegal or harmful content
You may not list anything that:
- Facilitates illegal activity including fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or identity theft
- Enables harassment, stalking, doxxing or targeted abuse of individuals
- Generates or distributes spam, phishing emails or unsolicited bulk messages
- Produces or distributes CSAM or any content that sexualises minors
- Facilitates the creation of weapons, dangerous substances or instruments of harm
- Violates export control laws or sanctions
Platform policy violations
You may not list anything that:
- Violates the terms of service of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Zapier or any other platform your tool is built for
- Is designed to generate content that violates the content policies of underlying AI models
- Automates interactions with AI platforms in ways that violate their usage policies
Low quality or misleading listings
Fabrica is a curated marketplace. We may reject or remove listings that:
- Are incomplete, untested or do not work as described
- Consist of a single sentence prompt with no meaningful value
- Are duplicates of existing listings with no differentiation
- Have descriptions so vague that a buyer cannot determine what they are purchasing
- Use keyword stuffing, irrelevant tags or misleading category placement
Buyer conduct
Buyers may not:
- Attempt to circumvent download limits or access controls
- Share, resell or redistribute purchased tools in violation of the licence
- Abuse the refund system by repeatedly purchasing and refunding
- Leave false, malicious or incentivised reviews
- Use purchased tools for any purpose prohibited by this policy
Reporting violations
If you believe a listing violates this policy:
- Use the "Report this listing" button on any listing page
- Or email legal@fabricatools.com with the listing URL and details
We aim to review reports within 2 business days. For copyright infringement specifically, please use our DMCA process at fabricatools.com/dmca.
DMCA safe harbour
Fabrica complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK provisions. We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and maintain a repeat infringer policy. See our DMCA page at fabricatools.com/dmca for the full process.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Listing removal without notice
- Account suspension or permanent termination
- Withholding of outstanding payouts pending investigation
- Referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies where required by law
We may act on violations we discover proactively or that are reported by users, third parties or rights holders.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Fabrica after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
