Refund Policy

Fabrica is a marketplace for digital AI tools, prompts, agents and related products. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are handled carefully to protect both buyers and sellers.
1. General rule — digital goods
Digital products on Fabrica are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. When you complete a purchase, delivery is immediate and the seller grants you a licence to use the product. Please review listing descriptions, demos and requirements before buying.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund where:
- The tool does not work as described in the listing and the seller cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time
- The delivered file is corrupt, missing or cannot be opened
- The seller materially misrepresented what was included in the purchase
- You were charged in error or did not authorise the transaction
Refunds are not available simply because a tool did not meet your expectations, is incompatible with your setup when compatibility was clearly stated, or because you no longer need the product.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@fabricatools.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details, including the listing name, purchase date and a clear description of the issue. Attach screenshots or error messages where helpful.
We may ask you to contact the seller first so they have a chance to resolve the problem directly.
4. Dispute mediation
Fabrica will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers in good faith. We may request information from both parties and review listing materials, delivery records and correspondence. Our decision is intended to be fair to both sides but is not binding arbitration unless required by law.
5. Fabrica discretion
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion to protect buyers, including in cases of fraud, policy violations or repeated seller complaints — even where a seller's chosen refund policy would not normally apply.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Abuse of this policy
Repeated unfounded refund requests, chargeback abuse or attempts to obtain products without payment may result in account suspension or a permanent ban from Fabrica.
8. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with our Terms of Service.
